Project Manager Consumer Goods and Retail Industries
- Analysis and structuring of complex processes in the consumer goods and/or retail industries with national and international consulting projects
Implementation of improvements and changes to processes with the support of lean management tools
- Restructuring of direct and indirect processes such as supply chain, procurement, distribution, marketing, finance
- Leading and management as well as coaching of project teams
- Support in business development
Your profile:
- Universtiy degree in economics or engineering
- Very good knowledge of process cycles within the consumer goods and/or retail industries
- 7 years experience in lean management focussing on supply chain optimization, efficiency improvement, rearrangement of direct and indirect processes along the entire process chain in the consumer goods and/or retail industries
- Consultancy experience and experience in the management of project teams
- Proficient English and German speaker
- Very good communication and social skills
- Good structure and strong presentation skills; ability to get to the point
- Flexible, willingness to travel 4 days a week, resilient and reliable
- Team player
