Junior Lean Manufacturing Consultant
My client is a global Management Consultancy with a very prominent Operational Management expertise next to their other strong departments. They are now looking to recruit a keen Junior Lean Manufacturing Consultant to their Hamburg office in North Germany.
With a team averaging 3-4 Consultants you will assist clients in all kinds of production industries across Europe achieve operational excellence in different parts of their businesses. Alongside the client facing consulting work you will receive a state of the art training within the principles of process improvement by experts in the field.
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years experience in Lean Manufacturing / Lean Management in any industry OR you are a University Graduate with a strong interest in the field who has done several months of relevant internships and/or thesis work in the area of Lean Manufacturing
- Very good University degree in either economics or engineering and very good A-levels degree
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Ready to travel 4 days across Europe every week
- Motivated to learn fast and able to work in a team
- Strong verbal and written communicator
